Sage Care Services

Ambulation

Assisting with ambulation and transferring to and from other facilities

Bathroom

Bathing, assisted use of toilet and incontinence care

Bedding

Making beds, changing bed linens

CARE MANAGEMENT

Education on Fitness & Diet

Grooming

Shaving with an electric or safety razor, haircare, skincare, mouth/oral care and fingernail/toenail maintenance (no trimming)

Housekeeping

Assisting with light housekeeping (dusting, mopping) and laundry

Kitchen/meals

Preparing meals; feeding clients; washing/putting away dishes; wiping exteriors of appliances; taking out the trash

Medication

Reminding clients when it’s time to take medications; assisting with gathering medications and liquids, reading medication bottles and instructions for use, opening medication bottles for clients, reassuring client that medication has been taken (in case clients forget)

Shopping

Shopping for groceries and household items

Wardrobe

Helping to dress clients in clean, weather-appropriate clothing

Sage Care Staff

Care aides

Sage Care’s Care Aides are in-house employees and independent contractors who act as companions, homemakers and personal attendants. Our compassionate Care Aides have the qualifications and competence to provide services appropriate to clients’ needs in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Live attendants

Answer Sage Care’s telephones 24 hours per day, seven days a week.

On-call personnel

Carry cell phones in case of an emergency.
